The contract is concluded upon your order and our written order confirmation and/or our delivery. The legal warranty provisions apply.
As the end-user, you may return the delivered goods without giving reasons within two weeks. The period begins earliest with the receipt of the goods. In order to meet the deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the goods in time. The return will take effect at our expense and risk.
Our offers exclusively address adults. We do not sell alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18. Upon ordering, you declare your consent with this regulation and assure to have reached the minimum age of 18.
The offer is non-binding. The prices include glass, packaging and 19% value-added tax. Postal shipment in cartons with 6, 12 or 18 bottles. For each carton, we charge shipping costs of 5 Euros. In case of the first order, we deliver against prepayment; in the case of subsequent orders against open account.
The payment of invoice is due within 14 days from receipt of invoice. Please report your complaints in writing within 8 days from receipt of the goods. Crystal precipitations (potassium bitartrate) are natural and no cause for complaint. The delivered goods shall remain our property until full payment has been made. The contract relationship is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Minheim/Mosel.
